Alligator meat is processed into cubed steaks and alligator sausage. We package it into meal sized portions and label each pack with your custom made label. You must have the tag number. You may choose to add your name or the location of your gator hunt, whatever you'd like. The cubed portions are great for frying and will also cook right on the grill.
