Cordray's Taxidermy will be making a rug out of this big guy!

Alligators are caped when they're readied for rugs or full body mounts. Caping leaves the head, feet, and full scutes intact.

Open for extra Sunday hours for Alligator Check-in!

Tail and Scale Outfitters brought in this big guy in 2009.
We'll be open the next 4 Sunday mornings from 9 am to noon (Regular hours: Mon. - Sat. 9 am to 10 pm, Sun. 6 pm to 10 pm) to check in alligators during the public alligator hunting season.  If you get an alligator while we're closed, cover him in bags of ice and wrap in a tarp until you can come in. Remember, we do it all in one stop! For more information on processing alligators, visit Cordray's alligator page.
