April is the month to EAT LOCAL!

With all the talk about April being Eat Local month, where's the beef... and the venison and wild pig and alligators??? Nothing's more local! This month I'll post some Cordray Farms Beef and wildgame pictures and recipes. How about join me?

Do I have your Easter ham reservation?

Dear Cordray Farms friends,
We've taken all the reservations you have so graciously sent for our fully cooked applewood smoked hams for Easter.  I'm sending out this note so you can check to be sure your or your spouse's name appears. If you don't see your name, please give me a quick call. I've  found that a few emails, particularly those coming from business emails, have been trapped in my spam folder. So if you don't see your name, I don't have a ham reserved for you. Call me, please at 766.7922. Otherwise, I'll be calling you as soon as we have all the hams ready to set up a time for you to come by.
If this list is correct, I will have 10 extra hams. If you'd like to be added to the list, call me before Wednesday at noon. Thanks!
