EDITORIAL: Save America - buy local, buy made in the USA | SCNow
Beware of the term "local"! Some folks are running cattle over their grass for a month or two and calling it local beef. To us, "local" means local, born and raised here in the Low Country! Someone asked me the other day if our beef was locally grown. I replied, "If you can see them over your shoulder out the window, that's local!"
