Welcome to Cordray's Blog!

Hello, Friends!
We've added lots of new folks in the last few weeks, so please excuse me if you've been a longtime friend and I'm repeating myself! We run a wild game processing business from August 15th to January 1st and this year the emphasis is on the "wild" side!  We've been hard at work processing alligators for hunters participating in SC's second alligator season. You may have seen Kenneth in the Post and Courier and Michael on TV talking about the huge gators we've been processing.  If you'd like to see pictures of the three 12 footers that have come in over the last few weeks plus some really big bucks, scroll on down to all the photos below.  I also post recipes sent in by our readers for beef, venison, pork and alligator meat. If you have one you'd like to add, please send it in! You'll also see pictures and information from the retail beef store that's open full time during the fall. We have fresh and frozen beef cuts and Beef Shares available every day.
Hopefully the blog will help you get to know us a little better and help answer questions you may have. If it doesn't, shoot me an email and I'll try to find an answer for you. Thanks for joining us!
Claudia
