That means that anything with a kill date before Oct. 5th (except smoked ham orders) is ready. We'll try to get a reminder call to you, but don't wait for a call, it's ready! Open 9 am to 10 pm Monday - Saturday and Sunday evenings 6 pm to 10 pm.
