Hello, Friends of Cordray Farms!
I hope the warm temperatures and sunny days are making you as happy our cows are. They are munching on the deep green grass of winter grazing and still digging in to the hay bales of stored sunshine. We're having new calves almost every day! We're raising baby chicks, too. Check out the Cordray's blog for some photos.
Our next Cordray Farms beef harvest will be ready in April. To reserve a Share (1/8 of a cattle) or Side (1/2 of a cattle), send in your deposit today! For pictures and all the details, visit our website at www.cordrays.com and click on the Cordray Farms tab at the top.
We are still gathering the list for applewood smoked hams for Easter. If you've not contacted me, be sure to let me know to cook one up for you! We won't be doing extras since we don't have regular store hours so be sure to call or email.
We are planning on joining the Charleston Green Fair at Riverfront Park in N. Charleston on April 14th. Come by to see us! We'll have lots of beef cuts, eggs, applewood smoked bacon and many of our delicious smoked beef items, too! For more information, click here.
And last of all, but certainly not least... we have PLENTY of dog food. This is all natural frozen raw beef trimmings from our cows. We add nothing at all to this nutritious alternative for your pets.
