On Monday morning I took a quick walk around the plant to give you an overview of what's going on during a typical day here at Cordray's.

 Kenneth's deboning a 9 footer.
Troy is scrubbing up an 11.5 footer.
Marie and Megan are packaging applewood smoked bacon to refill the case.

Granddaddy ( age 92) is lending a hand this morning.
In the cutting room, Curtis, Michael, Tim, Mr. Ed and Grandaddy are hard at work.

Jean is sealing the bacon packages.
This is what slices the bacon, pastrami, sliced ham, salami and bologna!
Santana is washing up preparing to go to work.

And I'm running around taking pictures ;)
