FINALLY! Cordray Farms Beef is ready!

I know these cool days and even cooler nights have been great for all of us 2 footed creatures, but it's been slow growing for the 4 legged kind! But it's finally here! We harvested the first 2 cattle this week. I'll be calling the first 16 folks on the waiting list for Cordray Farms Beef Shares after the meat has finished dry aging in about 3 to 4 weeks. We'll set up a pick up appointment or schedule a place and time so we can deliver it to your family.  We expect to be harvesting 2 cattle a week for the next several months, so we hope to be able to meet your needs for beef throughout the summer!
I'd like to thank you all for your patience. Since we grow cows without growth hormones or force feeding on feedlots, we are on a schedule determined by weather, the temperatures, and the appetites of some slow moving relaxed animals!  If you'd like to reserve your Cordray Farms Beef Share, send in your $100 check to the address below. We'll call you when your share's ready for pick up.
Or if you want to reserve a side, send in $200 for reservation. Be sure to always put your phone number on your check, because that's how we'll contact you for pickup.

Please pass this note on to your friends and family! We're excited to finally have BEEF to sell!
Thanks,
Claudia Cordray
