They're here! The first steers harvested in 2010 are dry aging in our coolers and will be ready to cut next week! Most of these will go toward folks on our Beef Sides waiting list. However, we do have 4 shares available from this first cutting. They'll be ready on Valentine's weekend. To reserve yours, please send your $100 deposit check to the address below. Be sure to include your phone number so we can call you for a pick up appointment. We're also able to deliver shares to many locations throughout SC. Give us a call!
