Tail and Scale with 11 ft. 11 inch alligator!

Mark Merting brought in another big one!

This big gator was brought in by Mark Merting. Mark's the guy who brought in the huge 8oo+ lb. one a few years back. Photos from that gator went literally around the world. People contacted us from all over wanting the details. This one was taken from within 1/2 mile of the other one, near the Russelville boat landing in the lower lake. It's 11.5 feet long. We don't have a weight on it yet, since he's too big for our scales. We'll weigh all the parts and let you know the results when we've finished skinning him.
