Fully cooked applewood smoked hams in halves and wholes are going fast. We have smoked beef summer sausage, snack sticks, and jerky. We  have lots of frozen beef, too.

2023 Beef Season Reservations starting now!

2023 Cordray Farms Beef Season starts now! We're taking deposits for Beef Shares and Sides that will start being available in February of 2023. It's always been our goal to have every animal reserved before anything is slaughtered. Last year we were sold out by the first of March! Luckily a few animals were ready in later summer and we were able to work down a very long waiting list. To get your name in early on the list for Sides (1/2) or Shares (1/8) please call 843.766.7922 with your deposit. Cordray Farms beef for Labor Day!

Fresh steaks for your Labor Day weekend! Ribeyes, T bones, Porter house, TriTip,and Sirloins

We're open Wednesday - Saturday 9am to 10 pm. Sunday evening 6 pm to 10 pm. Labor Day 9 am to 11 am, closed for the afternoon, and re-open 8 pm to 10 pm.

Regular store hours during deer season are Mon - Sat 9 am to 10 pm. Sunday evenings 6 pm to 10 pm.

Cordray Farms Beef Shares

Hello, Friends!

I wanted to reach out to you before we advertise. We've got Cordray Farms Beef Shares ready to pick up now. I've fulfilled all the the waiting list but we are ending up needing to harvest more animals than we expected this year. Hot sun and rain make the grass and cows grow! Deer season starts next week so we'll be making Shares for the next 2 weeks and then no more until February.

Just to refresh your memory, a Share is about 65 lbs. of our beef - 40 lbs of cuts and about 25 lbs. of burger at $7.65 lb. They're averaging about $495 each, tax and all.

If you want one, please let me know (843.766.7922) and I'll put your name on it. I'm not going  to take deposits and I'll need you to plan on getting it right away within 2 or 3 days. In all the years we've been doing this we've never had the luxury of more beef than people in line but today's the day! Thanks to all of you for your support over the years.

Cordray's fully cooked applewood Thanksgiving Hams ready!

Happy Thanksgiving, Friends!

We have our fully cooked applewood smoked hams on sale.  We have both halves at $4.29 lb. and wholes at $3.79 lb. We're open Monday - Saturday 9 am to 8:30 pm. We're open Sunday evenings 6 pm to 8:30 pm but there is usually a crowd of waiting deer check in customers! No ham reservations needed. We'll post on Facebook if/when we sell out. Just a quick reminder that next week is the last time in 2021 to order Cordray Farms Shares  and Sides. We'll be starting Deer Season next week and all our beef will be sold by the cuts from the store meat case.

Last call for Cordray's 2021 Beef Season!

Cordray's Beef Season has just 2 more months! We're ready to take the last reservations for 2021 Cordray Farms Shares and Sides. Shares are 1/8th animal, about 60 lbs, $6.75 lb. Sides are 1/2 steer custom cut according to your exact order, at $4.55 lb. Everything is farm raised and humanely slaughtered here in Ravenel. Then we hand cut, vacuum seal and freeze it all for you.

Cordray's Fully Cooked Applewood Hams!

Cordray's fully cooked applewood hams are ready just in time for Easter. We have plenty of smaller whole hams and some bigger ones, 15-17 lbs, too. Whole hams are $3.79 lb. and halves are $4.29 lb. The chickens are laying like crazy so we have lots of fresh eggs. We've ground some good lean burger just this week. You can get burger patties or bulk burger for your weekend grill. This week the first of 2021 Cordray Farms Beef Shares are being picked up! We're working down the reservation list and will be contacting folks when theirs are ready. 

A Beef Share is about 60 lbs. of beef, approximately 1/8th of an animal. It's $6.75 lb. A Share contains all the standard steaks at about an inch thick, 2 to 3 lb. roasts and 20 to 25 lbs. of hamburger.

Hello, Friends!

In this first email of 2021 Cordray Farms has exciting news! Applewood smoked bacon is back in the meat case. We've made regular cut, thick cut, and steak cut, too. The hens are laying so we've got plenty of eggs. Round out your breakfast with some Cordray Brothers link sausage!

Cordray Farms Beef Shares and Sides

We've had a very busy Spring and Summer! We sold out of the 2020 Shares and Sides by April. We'd hoped we'd be able to start again but the animals just aren't ready for harvest this year. As a result we're going to open up reservations for the 2021 beef season that begins in February. Whew! We've caught up the Beef Shares List! Taking new deposits for Beef Shares ready by May! Cordray Farms Beef Shares: A Cordray Farms Beef Share is 1/8 of an animal. A share contains standard cuts of steaks, roasts, stew beef, cube steaks, short ribs and hamburger. A share is approximately 65 - 70 lbs. When packaged and frozen, that's about 2 boxes (shown below). We've chosen this size because this much beef will fit easily in the top of most refrigerator freezers. You can have farm raised all natural beef without having to have a deep freezer! Hello Friends, I wanted to reassure you that we are still up and working amid all the this! We've even added some new products to help those that find their regular grocery stores empty. Up to the minute prices and availability can be found on our Cordray's Facebook page.

Cordray Farms Beef: This is our farm raised beef.

We have Burger Boxes available now. #30 lbs of bulk burger for $6.35 per lb.

We've got plenty of fresh burger at $7.50 per lb.

We're taking reservations as usual for Share and Sides.

We have snack sticks and jerky in the meat case and roasts in the freezer.

Other meats:

Easter hams are ready. Wholes are $3.79 per lb.and halves are $4.29.

Fresh Pork: We have all kinds of ground sausage, applewood bacon, pork chops, Boston butts and spareribs,too.

We're open Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm. We'd be glad to take your order on the phone and bring it out to your car if you'd like. We're being very careful limiting the number of folks in our store, sanitizing between customers and doing some serious social distancing! We hope all is well with you and yours!

We're taking reservations now for Cordray Farms Beef Sides and Shares to be ready  in February. Visit www.cordrays.com for more information. Send $100 for Shares and $200 for Sides to the address below.

Cordray's Farm Store is open Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Right now we have several kinds of sausage, applewood bacon, beef roasts, pork chops, beef briskets, and beef cube steaks. We have a limited selection of beef snack sticks, summer sausage and jerky. We also have just a few Beef Shares ready to go now!
