CLOSED for the season! What about wild hogs?

We don't have staff on hand to skin and clean your wild hogs in the off-season. However, if you will carefully wash, then skin and clean them, pack the meat in a cooler with ice, we can process them for you the next time we are working on Cordray Farms beef. Just be sure to call and set up an appointment to bring in the meat. Be sure to talk with someone before heading out as the gate will be shut and you won't be able to leave your meat for processing. Last day for Cordray Farms On-Farm store for the season is tomorrow 9 am to Noon

Hello, Friends!
Well, we've made it through another deer season! Tomorrow is the last day we'll be open until August 15th. If we make Easter hams, applewood bacon, or have Cordray Farms Beef for sale, I'll contact you via our email list. Last year we opened for a few Saturdays when we knew we had lots of Beef Share folks heading our way. I'll put the word out should that happen again!
Thought I'd give you a quick rundown of what's in the store now for your last chance  to stock up!

Cordray Farms Beef:

• plenty of hamburger in the 1.3 lb. chubs
• Snack sticks in plain, cheese and cheese and jalapeno flavors
• Smoked Sausage with cheese and jalapenos and Smoked Sausage with just cheese
• Summer Sausage with cheese and jalapenos
• Teriyaki and Pepper flavored beef jerky
• Beef brisket bacon

Pork:

• Cordray Brothers fresh link sausage and bulk sausage
• Spare ribs

We are open tonight, on Friday, until 7 pm and tomorrow until noon.

Everything is ready for pickup!! I've tried to get in touch with each of you for a reminder call, but I have at least 2 bad numbers. If you haven't heard anything on your order, give me a call!
