Cordray's venison meatloaf is good, but John Davis says his recipe is better. Try it out and see!
1 package of Cordray's ground venison or Cordray Farms Beef burger
3 slices of bread, crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
3 to 4 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 can of evaporated milk
Combine all ingredients and press into 12 x 12 flat pan - about 2 inches deep. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Over 500 lbs. of venison given to hungry folks right here in the Lowcountry today!
With your generous contributions of venison and the help of our partners, Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry, we were able to send out over 500 lbs. of ground venison today to Helping Hands of Goose Creek and Summerville Meals on Wheels!
