We're open tomorrow 9 am to noon. What do we have?

Hello, Friends of Cordray Farms!
I promised you an email detailing what's in the store for our open Saturday tomorrow. Here it is:

Cordray Farms fresh, never frozen beef: plenty of all kinds of steaks, roasts, beef back ribs, brisket, cube steak, rib stew or short ribs, flank steak, and bone-in sirloins.

Cordray Farms frozen beef: burger, burger patties, summer sausage, and snack sticks.

Frozen pork: applewood smoked bacon, bulk sausage, and link sausage.

With all the beef we are cutting for Shares and Sides, we have loads of beef trimmings ground for all natural, raw dog food. We don't add anything to it, just grind the trimmings, a little kidney or liver, and freeze it. Great for your dog's all raw diet or just as a nutritious supplement. At $1 per lb., you can't beat it!

We also have beef bones. They make great soup stock or will keep your puppy happy and content during the scary fireworks day coming up! Also $1 per lb.

Cordray's Taxidermy can deliver your alligator mount!

This is a view inside the delivery trailer before Kenneth set out on his across the state delivery route this year. Once all the alligators are ready, he sets up a day to meet folks at various spots throughout the state - kind of a sea to the mountains thing :) This delivery is free, so if you're from the upstate or midlands of SC and considering getting a big gator, come see us! We are your full service alligator processor! The only thing we don't do is kill 'em for you. You've got to handle that!

Rumor has it that there may have been problems with alligator applications!

Check your DNR account! Folks are saying that some of the applications taken in the first few weeks aren't showing up. Just to be sure, check your account to verify that your application was received.  If you wait until the drawing is held, it will be TOO LATE! You have until midnight June 30th to apply. Hope to see you with a big one during this year's alligator season.

We have Shares and Sides available on Saturday, June 30th!

Dear Friends of Cordray Farms,
We have Shares and Sides that will be ready on Saturday, June 30th. Please call me if you'd like to give cutting orders for a Side. I can take your deposit over the phone and talk with you about how you want it cut. I will need to hear from you today or tomorrow at the latest if you want a Side. Depending on how many Side orders we get, we may have Shares (1/8th) available without reservations on Saturday. If you want to reserve one or more, give me a call.
I'll send out another update later in the week to let you know what will be available for purchase. We'll be open 9 am to noon on this coming Saturday, June 30th.
