Hi there Cordray people,

I had the pleasure of 'meating' you folks last year in early December when we brought my first deer to your establishment for processing. I never got the chance to enjoy any of it unfortunately.

Anyway, I was presented with a Cordray's t-shirt and asked to send in a photo from Africa where I work. So you are in need of an apology from me because it has taken so long for me to send one. Better late than never they say. The photo attached is of me (in my t-shirt) holding a 53inch Cape Buffalo trophy.

Got another Cordray Farms Beef pick up day scheduled for Saturday, March 9th, 9 am to 1 pm. We have beef summer sausage, snack sticks, cheese and beef jerky in the meat case. Just made a new batch of all natural raw dog food with the trimmings from all these Beef Shares and Sides! Your dog will LOVE it! Ever tried giving your dog deer antlers for chews? We have plenty!

Reserve your Easter Ham by March 11th!

We'll be cooking up fully cooked applewood smoked hams for your Easter dinner! Contact us to let us know how many to cook for you. Email is the best contact method , but you can also call and leave an answering machine message with your name and phone number. We don't take deposits and would appreciate your letting us know if you change your mind. We make just what's ordered this time of year. Be sure to contact us by March 11th. They'll be ready the week before Easter.

OPEN for an Off Season Saturday - 9 am to 1 pm Saturday, March 2, 2013

Hi, Friends of Cordray Farms,
We'll be open this Saturday, 9 to 1. We've got plenty of Cordray Farms Beef burger and a good selection of smoked beef products, red rind cheese and beef jerky on hand in the meat case. The hens are enjoying the lengthening days so we have plenty of eggs while they last! See you Saturday!
