Merry Christmas from Cordray's! Our always delicious applewood smoked hams are ready for you. They're fully cooked and available in both halves and wholes. Wholes are $3.79 per lb. and halves are $4.29 per lb. 

We're also well stocked with summer sausage, snack sticks and jerky! Open Monday - Saturday 9 am to 9 pm and Sunday evenings 6 pm to 9 pm.

We'll be closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day so come see us this week.

Fresh Cordray Farms Beef and more

Spring has sprung! Cordray's on-farm store is all stocked! We have the first of the 2019 Cordray Farms beef in the meat case. There's plenty of fresh, never frozen, dry aged steaks, roasts and burger ready to go home today!

The hens are back at work and eggs are on the menu, too. We have bacon, snack sticks, cheese and sausage to round out your shopping trip. We're open Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm.

The first folks on the Shares list are getting theirs this week. Check out www.cordrays.com for information on reserving your Share (1/8th) or Side (1/2).

Cordray's has Easter Hams and more!

Easter Hams are ready! We have those delicious fully cooked applewood smoked pork hams that you loved at Thanksgiving and Christmas ready just in time for Easter. They're 15 to 17 lbs. hams. Wholes are  $3.79 lb. and halves are $4.29 lb.

Cordray Farms Beef is ready too! 

 

Burger Boxes: 30 lbs. of ground beef in 1.3 lb. chubs and 10 lbs. of burger patties for $6.35 per lb. ($255 per box) These are ready for pick up now.

Cordray Farms Shares: A Cordray Farms Beef Share is 1/8 of an evenly divided steer.  A share contains standard cuts of steaks, roasts, stew beef, cube steaks, short ribs and hamburger.  A share is approximately 65 - 70 lbs.  Every cut is vacuum sealed and frozen. $6.65 per lb. (approx. $450) Leave a cash or check deposit of $100 and we'll call you in a few weeks when yours is ready.

Cordray Farms Sides: A Side is half an animal. Each carcass is dry aged at least 14 days and taste tested to determine the perfect cutting day.  Then your beef is cut according to your custom cutting order, vacuum sealed and frozen to assure it's perfect for your table. $4.45 lb. Pre-cut weight. (approx. $1650)  Leave a cash or check deposit of $200 and we'll call you to get your cutting order.

Cordray Farms Cuts: Individual cuts, beef bones, briskets and pet treats are frozen and ready in the meat case.

The chickens have gone back to laying so we have plenty of farm fresh eggs. $4 per dozen

We even have some applewood smoked bacon to round out your breakfast plans!

So come on out and see us during our off season hours - Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm.

Just a quick note to keep you informed of our holiday hours as we approach the end of the 2014 season. I apologize if you're getting this twice. I'm merging my contact lists but not confident quite yet!

• CLOSED: All day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Regular hours (9 to 9 Mon. - Sat., 6 to 9 Sun. nights) continue through New Year's Day.

• OPEN: All day New Year's Day & the Youth Hunt Day (Jan. 3rd.)

January 10th is the last day for bringing in any meat.

Jan. 12th - 17th: Open 9 am to 6 pm for picking up orders and processing wild hogs.

After Jan. 17th until August 15th, we'll be open by appointment only. We can process wild hogs by appointment during the off-season but aren't open regular hours each week.

Christmas ham time! and last month of regular store hours for Cordray's!

Heading into the home stretch for our busy season!

The good news is we've restocked applewood sliced bacon, Cordray Farms beef summer sausage, and buffalo snack sticks (all flavors). We're taking reservations now for our fully cooked applewood smoked hams. We have them in wholes at $3.39 per lb. and halves at $3.89 per lb. They'll be in the meat case beginning this weekend. If you'd like me to reserve one for you, give me a call at the number below and I'll set it aside for you. Please try to pick it up by December 20th. We sell out every year so be sure to let me know if you want one or two. They make great Christmas gifts for employees, too!

The bad news is we'll only have regular hours - 9 to 9 Mon. - Sat. and Sunday evenings 6 pm to 9 pm - until Jan. 1st.  So now is the time to stock up on Cordray Farms beef briskets and burger patties!

I can't really type "bad news" about closing without a smile. It's been a great deer season but I'm ready for the slower Cordray Farms pace. We cook just enough to fill the orders we have and usually sell out of the few extras.
