Merry Christmas from Cordray's!

Just a quick note to keep you informed of our holiday hours as we approach the end of the 2014 season. I apologize if you're getting this twice. I'm merging my contact lists but not confident quite yet!

• CLOSED: All day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Regular hours (9 to 9 Mon. - Sat., 6 to 9 Sun. nights) continue through New Year's Day.

• OPEN: All day New Year's Day & the Youth Hunt Day (Jan. 3rd.)

Jan. 5 - 10: Open 9 am to 6 pm for pick ups, wild hogs, and pieces

Jan. 10th is FROZEN Day: If you have frozen venison or wild hog pieces that you'd like to have processed, bring them in still frozen on this day.

January 10th is the last day for bringing in any meat.

Jan. 12th - 17th: Open 9 am to 6 pm for picking up orders and processing wild hogs.

After Jan. 17th until August 15th, we'll be open by appointment only. We can process wild hogs by appointment during the off-season but aren't open regular hours each week.

And last but certainly not least - we have applewood smoked whole and half hams available while they last! Reservations not required.

Christmas ham time! and last month of regular store hours for Cordray's!

Heading into the home stretch for our busy season!

The good news is we've restocked applewood sliced bacon, Cordray Farms beef summer sausage, and buffalo snack sticks (all flavors). We're taking reservations now for our fully cooked applewood smoked hams. We have them in wholes at $3.39 per lb. and halves at $3.89 per lb. They'll be in the meat case beginning this weekend. If you'd like me to reserve one for you, give me a call at the number below and I'll set it aside for you. Please try to pick it up by December 20th. We sell out every year so be sure to let me know if you want one or two. They make great Christmas gifts for employees, too!

The bad news is we'll only have regular hours - 9 to 9 Mon. - Sat. and Sunday evenings 6 pm to 9 pm - until Jan. 1st.  So now is the time to stock up on Cordray Farms beef briskets and burger patties!

I can't really type "bad news" about closing without a smile. It's been a great deer season but I'm ready for the slower Cordray Farms pace. It's that time again! Reserve your Thanksgiving and Christmas Applewood Smoked Hams!

Want what our customers call "the best ham they've ever tasted" for your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner? Call us today to order a fully cooked applewood smoked ham. We cook just enough to fill the orders we have and usually sell out of the few extras. So if you want to be sure to get yours, call or email me today.  They make terrific gifts for employees or friends and family, too! 

We have a few hams in the meat case for you to try or you can get yours now and freeze it until the big day. Hams are $3.89 for halves and $3,39 for whole hams ( avg 15-17 lbs.)

Reply to this email or call 843.766.7922. We don't take $ to reserve, just ask that you honor your promise and pick up the hams you order.

 

Thanksgiving Ham pick up ends Monday, Nov. 24th. Hams not sold by Monday before Thanksgiving will be offered for sale in the meat case.

Cordray Farms Beef cuts in the meat case

Hello, Friends of Cordray Farms,

We're just about to hit our busy season for deer and alligator hunters starting on September 15th. We've loaded up the case to be ready for the onslaught so we have the best selection available that we'll have all year! I know I just sent out the email letting you know that we'd be open on the next 4 Sundays but I wanted to make sure you knew we're all stocked up before the hunters pour in on Monday. If you can get by to see us, we'd love to have you!

The Cordray's fresh meat case is piled high with fresh, never frozen Cordray Farms beef, smoked summer sausage, snack sticks and jerky. We also have a good supply of pork - whole loins, chops, applewood bacon and a variety of link sausage flavors! Our chickens have even been cooperating and we have lots of eggs! 

Open all day today, Saturday, 9 am to 10 pm. This Alligator Sunday from 9 am to noon, then closed for the afternoon and open 6 pm to 10.

First Alligator Sunday this week 9 am to noon!

FIRST ALLIGATOR SUNDAY IS SEPTEMBER 14TH! 

OPEN this Sunday 9 to noon, 

Closed noon to 6,

OPEN 6 pm to 10 pm. 

During public alligator season, we are open for 4 Sundays, 9 to noon! We'll take in deer, wild hogs, and alligators and the store will be open as well for purchases and pick ups. We close from noon until 6 pm and then reopen our regular Sunday time at 6 pm. It's just for 4 Sundays so take advantage of these expanded hours on Alligator Sunday #1!

Come visit the store at Cordray Farms!

We're back up and running! I'm excited to remind you that we opened our on farm store this morning at 9 am! We have LOTS of Cordray Farms beef - fresh, frozen and smoked - in the meat cases. We just added applewood smoked bacon in all your favorite cuts and link sausage as well. The hens are laying those delicious free range eggs, too. Add in a little buffalo that we had the good luck to process and you'll be sure to find just what you need!

Open from now until January 1st:
Monday - Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

(We're here checking in wild game on Sunday afternoons from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. but, honestly, it's usually SO busy then it's hard to shop! But if that time works for you, we'll be glad to help you.)

PS - We're starting to use a software program that will allow us to email and/or text you when your beef order is ready for pick up. I hope you'll find it useful!

Hello, Everyone!

Hope you are enjoying this fine spring weather as much as we are. We've got folks picking up Shares on Saturday so we'll have open hours tomorrow, Saturday, April 26th, from 9 am to 11 am, and next week M-W 9 to 5. We've got plenty of Cordray Farms burger, dog food, eggs and soup bones. We also have our delicious Applewood Smoked Bacon in thin, thick, and steak cut slices. We even have a little with skin on or still in the slabs. Top it off with Wisconsin Red Rind cheese and you've got a breakfast you can't beat!

Last call for Easter Hams!

Dear Friends of Cordray Farms,

It's time for the last call to reserve your applewood smoked hams! I'll be taking orders through this Saturday, March 29th. We'll cook them next week and they'll be ready for you to pick them up April 7th, 8th, and 9th, open 9 to 5 each day.  We'll also have applewood smoked bacon, burger, eggs, and sausage for sale on those days. Easter Hams coming soon!

Hello, Friends of Cordray Farms,

We've been working hard here feeding cows and welcoming all the new baby calves! To see photos, be sure to check out our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/cordrays

We've sent home one set of Cordray Farms Beef Shares and are working on the Side orders.  Deposits for either sent in today will reserve your beef in late April to early May. The cold icy weather has us running just a few weeks behind where we thought we'd be in our harvesting schedule. Grass just doesn't cooperate when it's that cold! For more information on ordering Beef Sides or Shares, visit our website. If you have questions, feel free to call me.

We're planning ahead now on smoking Applewood Fully Cooked Smoked Hams for Easter. We don't take deposits, just a list of who'd like us to make one. Since we don't have regular hours in our store this time of year, we just make these to order and schedule a pick up day - usually the Saturday before Easter weekend. Hams are the same delicious smoked hams that we do for Thanksgiving and Christmas. If you'd like one, shoot me an email or call. We don't make extras so be sure to let me know if you want us to make one for you! Sorry, I don't have a price just yet but hope to by Monday. It should be slightly higher than the Christmas hams ($2.89 for wholes and $3.19 for halves), but not too much, I hope.

If you need hamburger, dog bones, beef dog food, or fresh eggs, give us a call. We're in the shop today, Thursday, doing beef and we'll be here Mon. - Wed. of next week too. In the off season (Jan - Aug), it's always best to call before you come to be sure to catch us up at the store.
