Eagle Harbor Ranch loves venison!

If your freezer is full, but you're not ready to hang up the gun just yet, please help us fill up the freezers at Eagle Harbor Ranch or some of the other charitable organizations that use the venison you so kindly donate! All you have to do is drop the deer off, fill out a quick form, and we do the rest.
Be thinking ahead to the Youth Hunt Day on January 8th. On that day, you can take a kid hunting and teach him/her about giving to others by donating any deer you take. Check out the DNR Rules and Regs. for information on the Youth Hunt Day.

Alistair Jones brought in his first deer, but somehow we only got a picture of his best side!

Timmy Motte's 10 point buck weighed 157 lbs.

Joseph Wichmann

Marvin Lenoir got a 10 point buck!

A Christmas Treat! We have fresh cut steaks!

Hello, Everyone!
I was afraid to announce this on my last email, 'cause they weren't quite ready yet, but.... TAH DAh (Que up the trumpets here!)  We have fresh, never frozen, naturally raised Cordray Farms dry aged beef steaks in the meat case!  We've been so busy, and so blessed, with a busy deer season that we've not been able to keep the meat case very stocked. Today it is LOADED with our biggest selection yet of steaks for the grill! T-bones, ribeyes, sirloins, New York strips, tenderloins fillets! Our deer season customers will be coming in in droves starting Monday on this last week of the season. I wanted to be sure to get a notice to all of you on our Cordray Farms beef list while we have such a good selection. We're open today, Wed., and tomorrow 9 to 9. We'll close Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, then Sunday 6 pm -9 pm.  Then it's the home stretch for 3 more weeks!

Merry Christmas to all of you!
If you reserved an applewood smoked ham, it is ready and waiting for you. We also made 16 extra hams for sale. If you want us to hold one for New Year's, give me a call or stop by the store 9 am to 9 pm this week.
Getting ready for holiday guests? We've got applewood bacon, Cordray Brothers' sausage and "yard eggs" for your holiday breakfasts.
Need some last minute gift ideas? We've got gift certificates for Cordray Farms beef, and plenty of summer sausage, snack sticks, beef jerky, just to name a few!

Our on-farm store will be closed all day Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We'll reopen regular time on Sunday at 6 pm. That's our last Sunday to be open for the season!

For the New Year's week, we'll be open Monday - Saturday 9 to 9. We'll keep the store open (9 am to 7 pm) for 2 more weeks (until Jan. 15th) as folks pick up their venison orders. The store will close for the season on January 15th. We'll be contacting members of the Cordray Farms Beef List via email throughout the year to schedule your Beef Share pick ups. We'll do all of that by appointment. Our on-farm store will reopen on August 15th. If you have any questions, please let me know.
We hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

MISSING PERSONS!

We need your help! These folks are missing! They've been called repeatedly, but must be having trouble with their reception or not getting messages or their mailbox is full. Maybe we have the wrong number? Maybe they've been moved into the Witness Protection Program?
Please look over this list to see if you know any of these people. Give them a call or send them a message to tell them that Cordray's has carefully processed their order and it is waiting for them! We'd really appreciate the help! If no one comes, we can't sell the orders or recoup any of our costs. We're just stuck with it :(. So please let these people know their orders are here. Maybe they'll even give it to you!
